Your mind has been working overtime.
Your body already knows.

You don't need more thinking. You need a different kind of listening.

THE WORK

You are not here

because,

something is

wrong with you.

You're here because you take your performance seriously — and something isn't performing the way it should.

Maybe it's clarity. Maybe it's energy.

Maybe it's a decision you keep circling.

Maybe it's the quiet sense that you've been running a version of yourself that no longer quite fits.

High achievers are trained to solve problems from the neck up. Think harder, analyze more, be more disciplined.

And that works — right up until the problem isn't a thinking problem.

That's where this work begins.

What a Session Looks Like

We begin by slowing down — something your system rarely gets permission to do.

Together we work with what's actually present in your body right now. The felt sense underneath — the tension, the heaviness, the emotion that hasn't moved yet.

Through nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and embodied awareness, we work with all three layers of your experience. Co-regulation is at the heart of this work — my grounded presence helps your system settle into safety, often the first real exhale in a long time.

You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, less caught in the spiral. More connected to what you actually know and want.

  • I will guide you through my Reset. Realign. Rise. approach, blending resilience and mindfulness coaching to help you rebuild your inner strength, find clarity, and reconnect with who you truly are.

  • Therapy often focuses on diagnosing and healing the past through clinical or talk-based methods. My work as a trauma-informed Somatic Mindfulness Coach takes a body-based, present-centered approach.

With a psychology background and specialized somatic training, I help clients understand how stress, emotions, and past experiences can become stored in the nervous system and body. Through mindfulness, somatic inquiry, and nervous system regulation, we work gently with these patterns — without needing to relive or endlessly analyze the past.

The focus is on creating safety, awareness, resilience, and lasting change in how you feel, live, and relate to yourself.

  • Think of it as a safe space to breathe, unpack what’s weighing on you, and create a path forward — one that actually feels doable. We’ll work together at a pace and style that honors your capacity.

  • A steadier calm mind, more energy, a softer heart toward yourself, and the self-trust to make bold aligned decisions for yourself. My hope is that you leave feeling grounded, confident, supported, and ready to rise.

  •  If you’re here reading this, you probably are. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need the willingness to begin.
