I did it all alone, because I struggled giving up control, believing that was the only way to be safe, capable, and worthy.

  • Each session is unique to you. You might leave with a summary of what we explored, simple exercises to practice, a guided meditation, or practical tools — all depending on what we’re working on together. But most importantly you feel lighter, relieved, calm and clear.

  • Sessions usually run 60–90 minutes, giving us enough time to slow down and go deep without feeling rushed.

  • Yes. I’ll send you a short questionnaire so I can understand your needs and intentions before we meet.

  • Yes. I currently offer workshops and classes, and I’ll be adding in-person coaching soon.

  • Just send me an email or give me a call to schedule. Once we confirm, I’ll send over the contract and payment details. You can pay via PayPal, wire transfer, Wise, or Zelle.
