My Story

I've always thrived on change and a fast-paced lifestyle, eagerly embracing new challenges and moving on once I had mastered them. Restlessness was my normal—I was always ready for the next thing. Until life had other plans.

During my international corporate career, I managed high-pressure responsibilities while preparing to transition my work and life from Germany to the United States. I had been operating on overdrive without realizing the toll it was taking—until everything came to a halt. A major health crisis and the sudden insolvency of my employer unraveled everything I had built, forcing me to stop in my tracks.

For the first time, pushing forward wasn’t an option. My nervous system was exhausted, my body depleted, and I had to sit with the discomfort I had been outrunning for so long. Navigating this turning point required more than resilience—it demanded a complete recalibration.

How my journey reshaped my path

As I faced this profound transition, mindfulness, therapeutic bodywork, and spirituality became essential to my healing. With the guidance of health practitioners, coaches, and the unwavering support of my husband and social circle, I began to understand that true healing wasn’t about fixing—it was about reconnecting. I learned to support my body, regulate my nervous system, trust my intuition, and cultivate a sense of safety from within.

Emerging from this experience, my priorities naturally shifted. Success was no longer just about external achievement but about creating a life that honors well-being, joy, and purpose. I discovered that less can be more and that fulfillment comes from cultivating balance, alignment, and self-empowerment.

Since then, my work has been dedicated to helping others navigate the pressures of high-performance environments while fostering resilience and well-being. I empower individuals to develop deeper self-awareness, regulate their nervous systems, and create lives rooted in authenticity, fulfillment, and sustainable success.

Education

While certifications alone don’t define competence, I bring a unique blend of knowledge and personal experience, shaped by over 15 years in the corporate world and a lifelong interest in psychology, philosophy, and understanding the complexities of life.

My Coaching & Somatic Mindfulness method is a holistic blend of spiritual work, personal development, systemic insights, body- and trauma-informed practices, and energy healing, supporting you on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

I draw inspiration from trauma experts like Dr. Gabor Maté, Dr. Peter Levine, and Dr. Stephen Porges, and teachings from The Body Keeps the Score, the Bhagavad Gita, Dr. David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness, and Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now—all woven into sessions tailored to your journey and designed to support deep, lasting transformation.
